Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally take longer.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: $8

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more

  • Express Shipping: $15

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The Fish School is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at jason@thefishschool.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
